• Refunds are applicable only if:

• You receive a defective product that cannot be repaired or replaced.

• The wrong item or size was delivered due to an error on our end.

Refunds will be processed after return and quality check by our team.

All items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags.

Important Notes:

• Refunds are not applicable for change-of-mind cases.

• Sale items are not exchangeable and non-refundable.

How to Initiate a Request:

• The exchange will take 7 to 10 days after receiving the parcel back.

Cancellation policy:

You can cancel the order within 12 hours of order placement.

The COD order will be cancelled right away

The paid order will be refunded within 7-10 working days
